At ZAPAKA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your vintage-inspired purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that final sale items and custom-sized dresses are not eligible for return or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Return Center and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the provided return authorization slip inside.
Ship the Item
Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
